The Italian Cultural Association of Hong Kong is passionately dedicated to promoting the Italian language and culture within the local community in Hong Kong. Through a diverse range of programs and initiatives.

Our teachers
Our team of teachers is highly qualified and dedicated to creating a positive and effective learning environment. Each teacher holds advanced degrees in teaching and is passionate about education, committed to the goal of the learner's achievement. They employ innovative teaching methods that make learning enjoyable and engaging, ensuring that each lesson is dynamic and effective.
Guided by our academic coordinator, they are always learning about changes in syllabus and new teaching techniques that can be useful for students in every day class routines. With a wide range of resources, our teachers will adapt to each students needs to make sure the classes fitting their specific needs are delivered.

Irene
"Irene is a highly qualified and multilingual educator with a passion for fostering cross-cultural communication and language learning. She holds a Master's degree in Oriental Languages, specializing in Mandarin Chinese, from Sapienza University of Rome, where she graduated with top honors. Additionally, she completed a Master of Science in China Business Studies at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, supported by a scholarship. Irene has enriched her expertise through international study experiences, including exchanges at National Taiwan Normal University, City University of Hong Kong, and the University of Manchester.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, Spanish, and Italian, Irene also holds certifications such as the HSK4 in Mandarin, CAE C1 in English, and B2 in Spanish, reflecting her exceptional linguistic abilities. Her academic achievements and global experiences, combined with her enthusiasm for teaching, enable her to create engaging and tailored learning experiences for students of various backgrounds. Irene’s commitment to cultural understanding and language education makes her a standout educator, dedicated to helping students achieve their language goals."
